All frames are made out of heavy-duty steel finished with a high-performance powder coating for extended protection against rust and scratches. Designed with contoured PVC sling that is padded for extra comfort, the stationary chairs are stackable for convenient storage, and the swivel rockers perform a 360° spin plus gentle rocking motion. Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.
