Description

Attractive patio 5-piece dining set, crafted from highly durable polypropylene with a beautiful mix of faux rattan and wood look alike finish. This weather resistant and UV protected material provides the advantages of full weather and water resistance, no color fading, doesn’t rust and it’s 100% maintenance free. The 4 arm chairs are fully assembled and the table only requires an easy assembly of the legs. The table has an umbrella hole with a removable cap and the backrest of the chair folds allowing them to stack and easily store them away. The cushions are included for the enhanced comfort you deserve.

The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state.
