Description

The Arrow Classic series steel storage shed is engineered to protect your landscaping equipment, tools, and gardening supplies, safe from the elements. The shed is made of galvanized steel that’s treated to prevent rust and corrosion. It has a low gable roof that’s designed to prevent water from pooling. It has sliding doors that can be secured with a padlock. The shed’s timeless vertical wall panels are finished with smooth, hard-wearing Valspar polyester paint finish protects against the elements and seals the steel against rust and corrosion.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
