Plus, it features built-in technologies to save you time and money, including self-priming to 10ft. and automatic shutoff if no flow is detected to save battery power. Exclusive Motor Armor technology shuts off the pump if a leak is detected, protecting the motor and saving you money. The pump cartridge (sold separately) can then be quickly and easily replaced to get you back to work quickly. Only pump available engineered to handle bleach applications Designed for soft wash cleaning and disinfecting large areas Exclusive Motor Armor shuts off the pump if a leak is detected 100% continuous-duty rating with no cool down period required Able to run dry without damaging the pump

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit”, “pre-approval limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state.
