Description

Cool running and efficient, the 450-Series features a deep-finned powder coated aluminum motor housing, polypropylene base and vortex style impeller. The 457 is a HP automatic submersible sump pump topped-off with a quick-disconnect power cord and Liberty’s VMF switch. The Vertical Magnetic Float (VMF) switch allows this pump to operate in sump diameters as small as 10 in.

The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
