Description

The SPAC-237 is assembled sump pump system with Liberty 457 1/2 HP sump pump. The molded pump platform helps to secure pump and reduce potential jamming from debris. This assembled sump pump kit features an 18 in. x 22 in. Polyethylene sump pit and cover with gasket and hardware, a pre-assembled 1-1/2 in. schedule 40 PVC discharge pipe and a molded pump support platform that raises the pump off the bottom of the pit.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
