For Podcast creation, live streaming, event production, or voice over, Mixcast 4 will mix and record mic inputs, internal sounds and music via the trigger pads, and external audio input from your phone or PC. Together with the TASCAM Podcast Editor software, a complete solution – including both waveform editing and sound pad control – is provided from pre-production to completion.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
