At every interior corner (wall to wall or wall to ceiling) additional backing must be installed to provide a fastening surface for all drywall edges. Until the conversion to drywall and the use of screws, expensive lumber was the only alternative because of the use of plaster in the past. THE NAILER replaces costly wood and is the first builder installed backer designed for drywall fastening with screws. Studs and blocking are replaced when using THE NAILER keeping wall cavities open for insulation, plumbing and electrical. No more wood to cut through.
