Designed to penetrate deeply, it effectively removes stubborn finishes and heavy buildup, thus preparing the floor for a new finish. This concentrate is particularly suitable for offices, businesses, and warehouses, with one gallon producing nine gallons of stripping solution. It is the first step in the Zep Commercial Floor Care 4-Step Program, crafted to efficiently strip polish from hard floors and lift heavy buildup in both commercial and residential settings. It is effective on a variety of interior floors, such as vinyl composition, rubber, terrazzo, and concrete, but should not be used on marble, natural stone, or wood floors.
