Description

The always-connected Garmin Dash Cam Live LTE dash cam lets you access a live view and share saved video anytime from the Garmin Drive smartphone app. You’ll need an active LTE subscription for always-on connectivity; some jurisdictions prohibit use of this camera device. Enjoy greater peace of mind with location tracking, theft alerts and incident notifications about your parked vehicle These features require an active LTE subscription, and some vehicles will need the constant power cable, sold separately. Saved video automatically uploads to the secure online Vault for you to view and share later. Record important details day and night, thanks to high-definition 1440p resolution with Garmin Clarity HDR optics and a wide 140-degree lens. Voice control lets you use spoken commands in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Swedish to save video, start/stop audio recording, take still pictures and more.

Payment: The weekly payment amount displayed is only an estimate. The actual amount and terms will be in your lease agreement once the application is approved. The default lease payments are set to 26 bi-weekly payments (with the option to change to weekly payments after your first 2-week lease payment is made). In-store pickup is available for certain select items and if available, can be chosen during checkout. The transaction is a rental or rent with option to own agreement (or in certain states, a rent-to-own agreement, a consumer rental-purchase agreement, or a lease agreement with an option to purchase) provided by Simply Lease. We use the terms “lease”, “lease agreement”, “rental-purchase agreement” and “agreement” the same. You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make payments for the full term of the lease or exercise an early purchase option. There is no obligation to continue with the lease past the current payment. Amounts shown do not include sales tax. No down payment is required to own the leased merchandise. An initial two week’s lease payment is required to be paid and cleared before fulfillment.

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Terms and pricing may vary by state.
