The VISSANI Energy Star 50 Pint 3-Speed Dehumidifier has a built-in pump that can quietly discharge water out a basement window or into a sink using the included quick-connect hose. Reliable and eco-friendly this dehumidifier can operate at temperatures as low as 38°F. Three operating modes (manual set, continuous, and auto dry) and the very low sound level make this a versatile choice. Additional features include a programmable 24-hour on/off timer. adjustable humidistat. and full-tank alert/shutoff.

The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
