The LifeSmart 3-Element Infrared Stove Heater features 3 quartz elements and 2 heat settings: 1000 watt/1500 watt. Safety features include tip-over protection, overheat safety switch, cool-touch exterior cabinet, and a child safety lock. The unique three-sided window flame view gives you the ability to see the flames dance about while warming your home. Adjustable flame brightness and realistic flame effect functions with or without heat. Remote included requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).

The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
