This 12-Ton Jack Stand (Pair) is constructed to be longer lasting and durable for tough strenuous use. With a load rated capacity of 12-Ton, the set of 2 jack stands can lift up to 24,000 lbs. of weight load at a range of 19 in. to 29.375 in. lifting height. Designed with heavy-gauge steel construction and structural frame for its superior strength and stability. Features height adjustable pin connectors at the base for preventing against loss. Ideal use in pairs for supporting and lifting trucks, trailers and heavy equipment in fleet garages, agricultural, industrial and construction environments.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
