How long does it take to fully charge my devices? Phone: 2,5-3 hours / Apple Watch: 2-2,5 hours / AirPods: 2-2,5 hours
Can I charge my phone with a case on? Yes, as long as there are NO metal particles, pop sockets, credit cards on your phone case. Please do not use thick phone cases, which are more than 0.2 inches.
Is it compatible with iPhone 12 Pro Max? The enlarged size of the phone makes it difficult for the charging coil to be perfectly aligned with the charging area. Therefore, we advise charging your iPhone 12 Pro Max in a case thinner than 2mm (0.07 in) or without a protection case.
Why my iWatch is not charging? Kindly ask you upgrade your Apple Watch to the latest system to charge sufficiently. Please note: X12 wireless charging stand is not compatible with Apple Watch series 1.
Why my AirPods 2 is not charging? Please make sure that you are using AirPods 2 with wireless charging case.
What to do if the green LED light starts flashing? Try to unplug your charger, remove the cable from both the adapter and the charger. Plug it all back in. Make sure you are using the 18w QC 3.0 adapter that is included. If you still face the same issues, please message us directly.
What to do if one of my devices is not charging?
1. Check if your device is Qi-Compatible (see list above). 2. Make sure you place your device right in the middle of the wireless charging area.
3. Try to unplug the charger, remove the cable from both the adapter and the charger. 4. If the above does not work, please message us directly.
