An Orbi 770 router and satellite already cover a large area, but an added floor or extension can call for a bit more reach. The RBE770 satellite adds up to 2,700 sq ft of coverage to an existing Orbi 770 Series system (RBE771, RBE772 or RBE773) on the same network name, with nothing new to log into. Tri-Band WiFi 7 with Enhanced Backhaul keeps speeds up to 11 Gbps steady as devices move between rooms, and older WiFi 6 and 5 gear keeps working exactly as before. Adding it takes a few guided steps in the Orbi app, the same control point already managing the rest of the household’s devices and guest network.
