Description

Whether you’re a master builder or just like a workspace that is a little different, this Adjustable Drawing and Drafting Table is a space-saving workspace for creative work in your home, office, or at the job site. It features an attractive .75 inch thick cherry melamine laminate work surface with a raised metric ruler along the top and bottom edges for easy measurement. A curved tray holds building plans, artwork or supplies and a lower supply tray keeps your work area clear. The adjustable work surface raises for optimal positioning, from flat to a 40 degree angle, and locks in place. The pewter frame is height adjustable up to 47.75 inches, giving you the option to sit or stand while working. This drafting table offers a practical option for artists, architects and engineers who don’t have a lot of dedicated space.

Payment: The weekly payment amount displayed is only an estimate. The actual amount and terms will be in your lease agreement once the application is approved. The default lease payments are set to 26 bi-weekly payments (with the option to change to weekly payments after your first 2-week lease payment is made). In-store pickup is available for certain select items and if available, can be chosen during checkout. An initial two week’s lease payment is required to be paid and cleared before fulfillment.

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state. General requirements: (1) must be at least 18 years old (may vary by state), (2) have a valid SSN or ITIN, phone number and address, (3) have a current verifiable and steady source of income and (4) have a credit or debit card (non-prepaid) and an active checking account in good standing.
