About This Product

Landscapers and contractors are demanding more cordless alternatives to gas-powered outdoor power equipment. Makita is meeting demand with an expanding line of cordless OPE, including the 18-Volt X2 LXT (36-Volt) Brushless 16 in. Chain Saw (XCU04PT1). With zero emissions, lower noise and considerably less maintenance, the XCU04PT1 is a welcome solution for cutting and trimming applications. It’s powered by two 18-Volt LXT Batteries for maximum power, speed and run-time, but without leaving the strongly-preferred 18-Volt battery platform. And with the efficient Makita outer rotor Brushless Motor with direct drive system, users get high power efficiency that is equivalent to a gas chain saw. The XCU04PT1 has a 16 in. guide bar and the Makita-built Outer Rotor BL Brushless Motor direct drive system motor with variable speed delivers 0 FPM – 3,940 FPM for increased cutting speed. It has zero emissions and reduced maintenance: there’s no engine oil to change, no spark plug to replace and no air filter or muffler to clean. And there’s no need to drain the fuel for storage. Simply pick it up, load two 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion batteries and the saw is ready to use. Convenience features include a tool-less chain adjustments, a front hand guard engineered to actuate chain brake when engaged, an electric brake for maximum productivity and more. This bundle also includes the XDT131, 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Impact Driver Kit with 1 Battery 3.0 Ah.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state.
