It grinds whole spices and kneads thick dough to enhance the quality of your recipes, and the laser-cut blades are made of hardened stainless steel for long life and durability. This BPA-free Vitamix container has a removable 2-oz. lid plug for adding ingredients as you blend.
Compatible with Vitamix Ascent series blenders
Designed to efficiently grind fresh, whole-grain and gluten-free flour, mix batter, and knead thick yeast dough for pizza, soft pretzels, and homemade bread.
Self-Detect™ technology
Your Vitamix Ascent series blender will recognize the containers and automatically adjust blending settings for its size.
Long-lasting blades
The laser-cut blades are crafted from hardened stainless steel, delivering better blends and longer life. The blades are specifically designed to create a reverse vortex, pushing dry ingredients away from the blades.
Specially designed mini-tamper
Use the included mini-tamper to press thick and frozen mixtures towards the blades for faster, smoother blends.
Clear lid with lid plug
This lid with leakproof seal helps you monitor the progress of every blend. The removable, vented lid plug allows you to add ingredients while blending, and doubles as a 2-oz. measuring cup.
