Description

A necessary tool for the installation of a Pool Fence DIY pool safety system from Life Saver into concrete: a Rotary Hammer Drill and Masonry drill bit. The bit is 5/8 in. Dia x 15 in. L, with an SDS-Plus shank. This Rotary Hammer Drill and bit was designed to work with the optional Pool Fence DIY Drill Guide (sold separately) taking the guesswork out of the drilling process for proper in-ground installation of the Pool Fence DIY fence and Gate systems. Pool Fence DIY offers 7-day-a-week installation support by phone and this gate is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. A family owned and operated company based in Delray Beach, FL, Life Saver has been keeping little feet on solid ground for over 30-years. In addition to Pool Fence DIY, Life Saver offers a contractor-installed Pool Fence option.

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit”, “pre-approval limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.
