Description

Featuring clean, simple lines, the Melody Day Bed with Storage is the perfect centerpiece to any child’s bedroom. The multiple finish choices coordinate with any bedroom decor. Constructed from Brazilian Pine, our furniture is meant to be stylish and durable. This day bed’s low profile and under bed storage help to maximize the space in any bedroom. Store toys, clothes and other items in the storage drawers or pull the trundle all the way out to add another mattress. The versatility of the Melody collection provides endless design opportunities.

Under bed storage drawers are built into a pull out trundle, the trundle can be fully extended and includes slats on the top

Beds are assembled using metal bolts and wood dowels; metal on metal connections at bed end to side rails

Mattresses can be put directly on the included slats or be used with a bunky board

Payment: The weekly payment amount displayed is only an estimate. The actual amount and terms will be in your lease agreement once the application is approved. The default lease payments are set to 26 bi-weekly payments (with the option to change to weekly payments after your first 2-week lease payment is made). In-store pickup is available for certain select items and if available, can be chosen during checkout. There is no obligation to continue with the lease past the current payment. Amounts shown do not include sales tax. No down payments are required. However, an initial two week’s lease payment is required before fulfillment.

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit”, “pre-approval limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state. General requirements: (1) must be at least 18 years old (may vary by state), (2) have a valid SSN or ITIN, phone number and address, (3) have a current verifiable and steady source of income and (4) have a credit or debit card (non-prepaid) and an active checking account in good standing.
