The Barkan full motion, four – movement TV and monitor mount with rotate, fold, swivel and tilt options fits flat / curved screens sizes 13 to 29 inches / 33cm – 74cm and weight up to 33 lbs. / 15 kg. The minimum distance between the mount and the wall is only 2 in. / 5cm and the maximum distance is 11 in. / 28.1cm. It fits TVs with VESA standard (Bracket Mounting Holes Patterns) 75×75 and 100×100 mm. In order to offer a better point of view, the mount has three pivots: near the wall 180°, fold 360°, swivel near the screen connection plate 180° and a tool free tilt from 0 till 15°. The mount has a lifetime warranty and its color is black. Please check the list of included screen-connection screws in the assembly instructions. If your screen requires different screen-connection screws, please purchase them in your local hardware store or consult us at sales.usa@barkanmounts.com. The default lease payments are set to 26 bi-weekly payments (with the option to change to weekly payments after your first 2-week lease payment is made). No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.
