Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal-safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use the CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.
