Cook what you want how you want the Apex Grill is a griller’s fantasy, conjoining an ever-popular wood pellet grill and a time-tested propane grill (optional add-on) to bring you a patio experience unlike anything you’ve encountered. On 1 unit, in a single chamber, griller’s will be able to switch fuel sources with a twist if a knob. So whether it’s a quick 1 to 2 with grilled chicken using the propane option or encapsulating a well-earned smoke ring on a 15 lbs. brisket with the smoker, the Apex galvanizes the grill master within.
Accessory compatible: this apex grill not only comes with four 9K BTU built-in chamber burners, but also the sidekick 28K burner which mounts to the side and an included griddle
Easy ASH and grease cleanup: access removable grease tray via front of the grill – no more removing the bottom racks; and with the ash cleanout knob also located on the front of the grill, you can remove and discard ash within seconds
Down and out ventilation the heat diffuser is designed to push smoke and heat up the sides of the grill before circulating and exiting through the rear exhaust, giving you even heat and smoke throughout the entire chamber
Probe stroge: everything has a place now even your meat probes; we’ve included 4 colored probes, for easy temperature identification, that can be stored away in a convenient push-to-open compartment
Wi-fi controller: equipped with a premium all-weather, wi-fi enabled digital controller so you can dial-in your smoke level and temperature
Pairs seamlessly with the Camp Chef app so you can monitor your cook right from your phone
Pellet sensor: lets you know when the 30 lbs. pellet hopper is getting low (about an hour left of smoking); so you’ll never be surprised by an empty hopper again
