The two highly accurate sensors in each probe track the internal temperature of your food, as well as the ambient temperature of the grill or oven within 1˚F. The tip of the probe has a max temperature of 225°F, and should be inserted fully into the cooking food to avoid damaging the internal components, while the base of the thermometer probe is heat-resistant up to 572°F. Each probe has over 20-hours of use time. Do not touch probes with bare hands during or after cooking, they need time to cool! The app also has a growing library of delicious recipes with step-by-step instructions, videos, and detailed directions to guarantee success every time.
