Why is this headset in a bag?
We use reusable, resealable, and recyclable poly bags for this headset. The poly bag reduces on single use plastics in packaging and is perfect for storing the headsets when not in use.
Why can’t I hear myself when I talk?
These headsets do not monitor the input into the headset audio output. Monitoring playback can typically be achieved in computer settings.
How do I update my drivers?
These headsets use computer manufacturer provided drivers. To update your computer drivers you will need to contact the computer manufacturer (eg. Dell, Apple, HP, Lenovo, etc…) for support.
