The SidePro 10.5 ft. x 3 ft. by Duramax is made with high quality fire retardant resin. An aesthetically attractive shed in a neutral color that will blend in any outdoor area. Heavy duty interior beams and columns provide superior strength against wind and snow. Our maintenance-free shed is impervious to wood eating insects and wont rust, rot, dent or need painting. A spacious wide storage area where shed width is important. A perfect place to store those bothersome long and high items. Just reach in and the item you want is at your fingertips. Easy assembly simplified with step by step instructions. A galvanized steel foundation which elevates the shed above the ground preventing water damage while squaring off the shed for installation.

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
