The CB-50DC Ballhead with QP-144750 Release Plate from Feisol inherits the two-locking-system design of previous Fiesol ballhead models, with the added feature of an outer layer of carbon–20g weight advantage, the feel of carbon (even in cold weather), and an attractive carbon-weave appearance. The dual-caliper design provides one system to lock the ballhead sphere, and a second to lock the base plate for even greater stability. This allows for the added capability of rotating the base plate while maintaining a locked sphere.
