It can be set up as a regular tripod, or one of the legs can be removed and used as a height-adjustable monopod, with the included ball head mounted on top of it. When the X-go is used as a standard tripod, the center column can be set up vertically, horizontally, or upside-down.
The X-go HR Chameleon is made of aluminum and has four sections. The portable and versatile tripod supports up to 33 lb and has a maximum height of 61.7″. In upside-down mode, it can hold your camera as low as 3.7″ off the ground. The ball head features a quick release plate with a 1/4″-20 camera mounting screw.
