• Preparation: For Cryotherapy, store the stainless steel gua sha in the freezer for at least 15–30 minutes before use to achieve a cooling effect. For Thermal therapy, warm the tool carefully by placing it in warm water for a few minutes. Avoid using very hot water to prevent overheating. Test the temperature on your wrist first to ensure it is comfortably warm and safe for your face.
• How-to-Use: Begin on clean skin with a layer of oil, or moisturizer. Activate Lymph Nodes: Gently press just below ears and collarbones for a few seconds. Lymphatic Drainage: Hold gua sha nearly flat (45°angle) and apply minimal pressure. Move gently outward from center of face and finish each stroke down towards neck to lymph flow and help filter out toxins. Sculpting: For definition, adjust to more upright (90°angle) and apply slightly more pressure, focusing on areas such as jawline or cheekbones. Regardless of your choice between Cryo -Thermal therapy, the application steps stay the same.
