Description

The Valley Spring woven 5-pieces set would make a great addition to any patio. The set includes two lounge chairs, two ottomans and a round table, and is made of a sturdy steel frame and all weather wicker to withstand all the elements and provide ample seating. Both the chairs and the pull out ottomans have a Solution Dyed Polyester fabric which is manufactured to be strong and durable with a high UV resistance. The combination of both open and closed weave design makes this the perfect compliment to any front porch or patio. It comes with a 18 in. round side table with a stylish tile top for easy cleaning.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit”, “pre-approval limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state.
