Description

The Hilti 120-Volt UH 700 Hammer drill is optimal in masonry and natural stone. This drill can also be used for rotary drilling in steel and sheet metal. It has large-diameter gearing for long life and an optimized commutator for longer life in demanding applications. Its max torque is 708 in. lbs. and has 2 gears. Use for multiple applications.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit”, “pre-approval limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.
