Description

Island living can be yours with the Grenada Patio Collection. This island inspired ticket to paradise is just the thing for a relaxing getaway right at home. All Grenada patio pieces are constructed of cast aluminum in a powder-coated finish, sealed with a clear, UV resistant coat. This 5 piece dining set is designed purposely to prevent damage caused from pooling by allowing water to pass through freely. Set includes 1 42 in. table and 4 arm chairs. Features include a 2 in. umbrella hole, stainless steel hardware, and nylon adjustable glides. Finish and measurements may vary slightly. Table measures 28.75 in. H x 42 in. W x 42 in. D. Chairs measure 36 in. H x 23.25 in. W x 24 in. D.

No Credit Needed means this is not a loan, credit or finance transaction and no established FICO score is necessary, but approval is not guaranteed. Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state.
