Island inspired, slat panel design, is ideal for both indoor and outdoor storage needs. Crafted of solid Acacia wood with an aged French Grey finish and linseed oil sealer. Finished on all 4 sides. Lift lid features 2 pressurized supports to help hold the lid up when open. Inside bottom panel has drainage points to allow water to drain during rain. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
