It also has rust-resistant, plated-steel hardware and heavy, lock-stitched nylon thread for long term-durability, in addition to an oil and moisture-resistant reinforced bottom.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
