1. Q: Why do I need to keep the App running in the background when using it?

A: If the App is closed by yourself or the phone system, the tag won’t work any more, especially for Android phones.

1) For Android users, it is important to keep the app running in background and keep it auto run. Please turn off “Manage Automatically” in your settings for the app to prevent it from being closed by your phone.

2) The Bluetooth module in Android phones may freeze from time to time. If your tag is not connected with the App even very close to your phone, please restart Bluetooth and the App.

3) For iphone users, please just keep the app running and don’t close it.

2. Q: Does this tag work well with iphone and Android phones?

A: iphones are OK, but not compatible with all Android phones. This key finder is suitable for mid-to-high-end models of Android phones.

3. Q: Sometimes my device can’t reconnect to my phone even very colse, how can I fix it?

A: Disable and re-enable Bluetooth and the app, or restart your phone.

The default lease payments are set to 26 bi-weekly payments (with the option to change to weekly payments after your first 2-week lease payment is made). Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.
