Description

The 1500 Watt Compact Utility Heater from LifeSmart provides added comfort to your room. Perfect for any room that needs some extra comfort added in it due to circulation. Fan mode circulates cooling air while the heating function circulates air heating up any drafty room quickly. Manual thermostat controls make it easy to turn the unit off and on without having to worry about any digital interference. Two heat settings: 750w/1,500w give you the choice of comfort. This unit also comes equipped with a built-in overheat protection and a tip-over safety switch.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
