Description

WISPI is the 3-in-1 humidifier, diffuser and night light designed to make your family’s life easier through all the seasons. The WISPI humidifier includes auto humidity control and auto shut off options. WISPI also has an essential oil tray which can be used with any of your favorite oils. If you like a night light, WISPI has 7 LED color changing light options.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.
