The Sawzall has a variable-speed trigger with two speed settings—one for cutting metal and other dense materials (0-2000 SPM) and a broader range for wood cutting (0-3000 SPM). The strategically-placed lithium-ion battery allows operators to perform obstruction-free plunge cuts with a maximum 1-1/8 in. stroke length.
