2. The SD card and TF card can’t use at the same time, only choose one to work for you. Each of them can work well with the 2 USB ports at the same time. And it doesn’t come with burning software.
3. NOLYTH laptop DVD drive external could NOT be used in the tablets, like Surface Series ( Due to low voltage condition in some tablets ).
4. The internal laser beam could be hazardous to your eyes, please don’t stare directly to the beam.
5. Please make sure the laptop is with sufficient power supply, a low capacity may cause the external drive can’t be recognized.
6. Please plug the USB Data cable directly into your computer, don’t only plug the power cable.
7. Please don’t attempt to disassemble the machine when it is not working, damage caused by unauthorized repairs are not included within the period and they are subject to be charged.
8. Don’t connect this laptop CD drive into a USB hub or extension cords, it can’t be recognized. Please plug the CD/DVD drive directly into your laptop or plug into the USB port behind of the computer host when you use a desktop.
9. Keep this CD DVD drive steady on the desktop, don’t put it unstable items or on the vulnerable to squeeze place, to ensure normal machine use. Do not have the machine on a strong magnetic object nearby.
10. Date transfer speed is also affected by computer and system environment.
11. When this CD DVD drive for laptop works on Windows 10 or Catalina, please note: It is important you have a media player such as the VLC media player installed BEFORE you connect the external optical drive. This is not a fault of the DVD player – it’s because Windows 10/Catalina doesn’t have a default player installed. Otherwise this CD drive USB can’t work well for us.
