Perfect for fixing stubborn doors and fitting wood, this planer delivers up to 26000 cuts per minute to your workpiece, slicing away any irregularities until the surface of your boards are aligned and smooth. The brushless motor provides more runtime and better performance, and lasts longer with less maintenance than brushed alternatives. With a cutting width of 3-1/4 inches, you’ll have the perfect companion for fitting and squaring boards. A simple turn of the front knob lets you easily adjust cutting depth up to 1/8 inch, with positive stops every 1/128 inch. The base plate shoe even includes a V-shaped groove for even, smooth bevel and chamfer cuts. The included rabbeting guide adjusts anywhere from 0 to 11/16 inches to allow for rabbets up to an inch deep. The parallel fence provides an accurate and straight cut by making sure your passes are directly parallel to the edge of the wood (a must-have for planing door edges, wood trim and boards). The kickstand protects both the blade and the workpiece in between uses by keeping the blade elevated from the surface of your project. The included 4.0 amp-hour lithium-ion battery delivers consistently powerful performance at any level of charge, features an onboard LED charge gauge, and is cross-compatible with the entire WEN 20V Max Cordless Lithium-Ion Power Tool line. Finally, the dust bag collects all of your loose shavings.
