Description
Preserve wild game, beef, pork, poultry, fish, and produce longer than traditional methods with the Weston® Pro-3000 Programmable Stainless Steel Vacuum Sealer. This commercial-grade vacuum sealer features a durable stainless steel design and is perfect for bulk foods, leftovers, and keeping valuable items dry. The powerful, fan-cooled motor is designed for continuous, repetitive use without overheating. The vacuum sealer is programmable, which is great for sealing batches of moist and wet foods like ground meat or fish. After manually adjusting the number of seconds that heat is applied, you can save your setting and seal multiple bags of similar food. For easy one-touch operation, choose automatic mode or use manual mode when you want more control. The vacuum sealer is easy to operate using the digital control panel with LED lights. The control panel monitors and displays the stages of the sealing process. The extra-long, extra-wide, 5mm heat bar fits a variety of bags up to 15″ (38 cm) across. It will seal a whole chicken or two racks of ribs. The double-piston pump and fast-acting heat bar quickly seal bags with strong, airtight seals, and the clear lid makes it easy to align bags and monitor sealing.
