About This Product

Our bar height patio set is carefully wrapped in 3 double layer corrugated cartons with a thickness of over 7mm, which been tested for 250 lbs., and all hardware is vacuum sealed. No matter where you live, it will arrive safe and sound. The round table with flared legs has a DPC board surface that’s easier to clean, while a circular tube below is ideal for cutlery and napkins. After several weeks of ergonomic experiments, we finally found the most comfortable angle of backrest and armrest for the patio high top table and chair set. And 2 lumbar pillows covered with 100% superior olefin fabric greatly alleviate waist soreness caused by a sedentary lifestyle.

Simply Lease may check creditworthiness from alternative (not major) credit agencies. The application will NOT affect your FICO score. “No Commitment” means this is a monthly rental with option to own; therefore, it’s not debt on your credit report and you can return the property and cancel the contract anytime. Approvals may be subject to manual review for verification purposes at any time.

Early Buyout Options: You may purchase the Property at any time by exercising your Early Buyout Options. During your first 100 days, depending on your lease terms, your early purchase price will be the 100 Day Price listed in the lease agreement plus tax, less 100% of all rental payments that have already been applied. After 100 days, your early purchase price will be approximately 50% of your remaining lease to own payments.

Lease Limit: The amount of your lease limit (also referred to as “spending limit”, “shopping limit” and “approval limit”) represents the annual rental amount, for all items combined, that you can lease minus any outstanding leases you may have. Your lease limit may vary based on review of application and is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

Availability: This offer is not available in the following states: Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming. Terms and pricing may vary by state.
